Andy |
| A young lady found Andy. She was doing some yard work for a friend of ours. Andy was hiding in the flowers. He was in pretty bad shape. Andy was a cockatiel. We realized he had somehow gotten lost and knew he couldn't live in the wild very much longer. We took Andy into our home. We named him Andy because he had been found in Mary Ann's garden. | |

Once Andy began to relax, he became a regular part of our family. A friend of ours taught him to whistle 2 songs. Whenever she came to visit, she and Andy would whistle together. It was really funny. |
| In the mornings, I would open his cage and he would fly into the bathroom with me. He always sat on the sink and chirped and sang while I shaved. | |
| One of his very favorite things was to be sprayed with a misting bottle in the afternoons. He really loved that. We had Andy for almost 8 years. We were really glad he came into our lives. |
